management, M&A, program management, cost management/reduction, vendor/ outsourcing advisory, process/operations optimization, and technology implementation.
At MWBE Unite, she is responsible for advancing the firm’s mission, which is to maximize supplier and workforce diversity, build Next Gen talent and capabilities, and bring the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry best-in-class service from qualified and diverse professionals. This one-stop shop will bring together Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBEs) and talented CRE individuals with the goal of growing and optimizing inclusionary practices across all aspects of the built environment.
Prior to MWBE Unite, Pay led Cushman & Wakefield’s outsourcing corporate services business in the Americas East Region, spanning Consulting, Transactions Management, Project Development Services and Facilities Management, and engaged as a strategic advisor to heads of real estate/workplace as well as C-Suite and senior leaders. Pay was formerly a Senior Vice President at TD Bank’s North American Corporate Real Estate, and Vice President, Head of the Americas Region for American Express. She also has an extensive background in professional services consulting with Deloitte and Arthur Andersen.
Pay holds a degree in Facilities Planning & Management and Interior Design and is certified MCR and SLCR from CoreNet Global. She is a frequent speaker in industry events and currently serves as a Senior Advisor to the NYC Chapter of CoreNet Global and a CoreNet Global Finance Committee member for the Board. Pay also serves as a Board Member for Partnership with Children in NYC.
