Xinxin Kuang is a high-performing, detail-oriented professional with a combination of financial, operational and data-driven analysis skills. Her responsibilities include providing analytical support, information research, financial modeling and report writing for strategy, operations, and technology engagements across a range of services, including portfolio/location strategy; workplace strategy; PropTech; and Environmental, Social and Governmental (ESG) and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) related programs.
Prior to her role at JRT, she worked as a real estate marketing analyst for a multi-national conglomerate, a financial analyst for a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, production and sales of collaborative robots; and an intern for a wireless internet platform company serving the commercial and residential real estate industry.
Ms. Kuang graduated from Columbia University, New York, NY with a Master of Science degree in Risk Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Miami University, Oxford, OH.
