Arnaz Ali-Raza is a detail-oriented, and results-driven professional with more than a decade of experience in public sector project management, business operations, and people leadership. Her specific areas of expertise include project and program management; technology solutions; budget management; operations management; training & development; cross-functional collaboration; coaching/mentoring; risk mitigation & analysis; and strategic analysis.
Prior to her role at JRT, she worked at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) in various roles of increasing responsibility over a 12-year period.
Before moving into her role within the Real Estate Department, she served as Manager, Corporate Transparency in the PANYNJ’s Office of the Secretary, where she designed, led, managed, and implemented all strategic initiatives and activities for the Corporate Information group and Port Authority website, enabling agency transparency, accuracy, and adherence to government policies. She prepared and presented documentation, financial statements, and traffic reports and collaborated with multiple internal departments across the bi-state agency, supervising and tracking contract expenditures and website enhancements, as well as responding to individual requests for information and uploading items promptly in accordance with Open Public Records Act (OPRA) requirements. She also served a Senor Contract Specialist in the PANYNJ’s Procurement Department, and prior to that in the Enterprise Risk Management Division of the Comptroller’s Department.
