Moriah Bass is an experienced development professional with deep program management experience. She is a creative strategist with proven skills in data analytics, client relations, digital marketing, implementing, and measuring programs. Her track record includes managing multiple projects, fostering robust relationships, and communicating effectively across a matrix organization.
At MWBE Unite, Moriah focuses on our mission/purpose driven company that is moving the needle to enable a diverse, thriving, workforce that is technically enabled. Working independently and collaboratively with senior team members for a range of clients for advisory and program management projects while being responsible for providing analytical support, information research, financial modeling, support strategy, operations, and technology engagements across a range of services which include portfolio/location strategy, workplace strategy, proptech and ESG/DEI related programs.
Prior to joining MWBE Unite, Moriah oversaw the grateful patient program for pipeline development at NYU Langone, screening large quantities of data and monitored the reporting and effectiveness metrics for the program working in collaboration across the department. She assisted in providing biographical, philanthropic, professional, and financial information on donors and prospects in the form of written or system generated profiles and event briefings. Furthermore, her work often required partnering with key stakeholders and senior directors to manage their portfolios from ratings to prioritization to strategic implementation, while maintaining prospect and donor related data in the CRM and ensured the accurate and timely capture to update information, engaging in vast amounts of publicly available information and wealth indicators to evaluate and identify new leads. Additionally, Moriah served as subject matter expert from the annual to the principal gift levels across assigned service lines to optimize portfolio and communicated with internal and external parties to organize and coordinate various components needed to initiate, run and conclude project activities.
She received her Master’s of Business Administration from Connecticut’s Sacred Heart University, and her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut.
