Kate Pezzolla serves as an Associate  with JRT Realty Group, Inc., where she is responsible for business development, site selection, market research, lease review and negotiations, due diligence and transaction support. Currently, she is assisting in a broad range of real estate transactions for a diverse client base.

As a specialist in commercial leasing, Ms. Pezzolla offers expertise in corporate tenant and owner representation in the acquisition and disposition of office space throughout the New York metropolitan area. In addition to on-going tenant representation assignments, she is active in landlord representation and serves as a member of the leasing and property management teams for 780 Third Avenue and 470 Park Avenue South.

Prior to her current position, Ms. Pezzolla was an intern with JRT Realty Group. During her internship, she gained extensive industry knowledge while canvassing the Manhattan market for prospective clients interested in expanding their corporate real estate initiatives. She also acquired valuable insight regarding commercial real estate advisory services.

Ms. Pezzolla is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of New York.
