Kimberly Brown serves as Managing Director for JRT Realty Group, Inc., where she offers an exceptional record of achievement in the areas of strategy development, value enhancement, financial analysis and creative decision-making. She also is skilled in account management, including operations, lease administration, tenant improvement management and capital renovations. Currently, she is providing strategic oversight responsibility for a national portfolio that exceeds 13 million square feet on behalf of Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association.

Prior to joining JRT in 1999, Ms. Brown has served as an account manager for tenants and institutional property owners in the pension fund, development and insurance industries. She supervised regional Class A and Class B office, industrial and research and development portfolios where she established leasing programs and management controls and monitored account performance. She also is proficient in a wide range of lease and management software applications, including Argus, Yardi, CTI , MRI and Kardin.

Ms. Brown earned her bachelor's of science degree in business administration from California State University in Los Angeles and is a licensed real estate salesperson in California. She holds several affiliations in numerous professional organizations.
