JRT Realty's Jodi Pulice Shares Path to Success as Nation's Largest Certified Woman-Owned Commercial Real Estate Services Firm

Highlights Include Industry-Unique Strategic Alliance and Recent Assignment

NEW YORK, N.Y., June 16, 2008 - Jodi Pulice, founder and president of JRT Realty Group, Inc., recently shared her firm's path to success as the nation's largest certified woman-owned business enterprise (WBE) in commercial real estate at the annual Women Presidents Educational Organization (www.wpeo.us) Breakthrough Breakfast. In addition to highlighting JRT's industry-unique strategic alliance between a WBE and a global leader, Cushman & Wakefield, Pulice (pictured at right with Marsha Firestone, Ph.D., president and founder, WPEO, looking on) shared how her efforts over the past 12 years to involve WBEs in the procurement process have resulted in numerous prominent projects. Currently, JRT's total portfolio includes leasing and management assignments on behalf of Fortune 500 companies and leading institutional investors at more than 150 buildings, exceeding 15 million square feet nationwide.

 

The event, which attracted more than 300 attendees, also featured a panel of procurement professionals from Time Warner, Inc., Morgan Stanley and Avis Budget Group who addressed how supplier diversity can assist WBEs in navigating the procurement process. The WPEO is a regional partner of the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the largest third-party certifier of woman-owned businesses.
