Property on Long Island Expands Firm's Class-A Assignments

 

 

MINEOLA, N.Y., Nov. 21, 2008 - JRT Realty Services, along with its strategic alliance partner Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., has been named exclusive leasing agent for Century Plaza, a 108,000-square-foot, Class-A office building in Mineola. Century Plaza, owned by financial services provider TIAA-CREF, is located at 330 Old Country Rd.

 

JRT Realty's Jodi Pulice, Greg Smith and Kimberly Brown are spearheading the alliance team. Additional leasing team members include David Leviton, Robert Kuppersmith and Marisa Karmitz, based in Cushman & Wakefield's Long Island branch office.
